The festival of Schweizer Woche was a traditional event held every year to preserve and celebrate traditional skills and pastimes of Swiss life. For several years, Langenthal marked the event with the issue of a limited edition plate. This one is from 1987. it shows traditional costumes from the canton of Bern. It is number 969 from a production of 2000.
